Refund and Replacement Policy

You can choose a refund or replacement if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • is not of acceptable quality 
  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • it is substantially unfit for its normal purpose

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you:

  • You just changed your mind
  • You found the product cheaper at another store
  • You don’t like it
  • You bought the wrong item
  • The product has a fault that you knew about before you bought it. This includes instances where the fault was listed in the description.

You have to return the bulbs in good condition. You have the choice to have it refunded or replaced. We will NOT replace/refund if not notified with in one week of receipt.

We post orders every Monday or the next business day (if in case, Monday is a holiday). Therefore, expect your replacement item in 7 to 14 days. A refund can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account, depending on the bank’s processing time.

Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.
